    Hi everyone, my customer has:

5 FileNet domains, each with three environments: DEV, PRE, and PRO

5 ICC4SAP, one per FileNet Domain

How many IBM Content Navigator with icc4sap plugin would the customer need to have installed to configure and monitor each ICC4SAP?

    Thanks in advance, best regards

    Hello Hector,

To determine the number of IBM Content Navigator instances, depending on the architecture design, the environments are isolated at the network level or the FileNet level; for example, did you specify FileNet servers for each environment under the same FileNet domain, or specify Object stores for each environment under the same FileNet domain and the same FileNet servers?

Please give us more details about your architecture design to give you suitable advice.

    Thanks,

    Mostafa

    Hi Mostafa,

We want to divide the setup at the FileNet level, aiming to isolate the environments as much as possible. Currently, they have one ICN instance with the ICC4SAP plugin shared between all DEV and PRE environments, and a separate one for the PRO environments.

Would it be possible to have three separate ICN instances with the ICC4SAP plugin, each running on WebSphere Standalone, and each with five Navigator profiles?

Also, what would be the hardware requirements for such a server?

    Best regards,
