    Hi Henry.  Stimulating discussion on Cloud Pak for Data.  Do you see any opportunities for our Expert Labs teams to use any of our technology to improve the way we perform our jobs?  Chatbots? Conversational applications that help guide customers to training offerings? Applications that can help sales, sales engineers and other team members to become acquainted with current offerings before they go out to the field?

    That's a great question, Bob! Watson Assistant allows us to develop chatbots without any coding required! It's really neat. All your examples are very good ideas for us to explore. I'm particularly interested in seeing how we can leverage chatbots to answer FAQ type questions and also provide guidance to where to go for additional support.
