  • 1.  IBM Application Gateway not working through load balancer

    We are trying to connect our load balancer to the IBM IAG proxy but it is not working. The only error in log is:

    DPWIV1227W IAG could not establish a secure connection with an incoming client. If client certificate authentication is not enabled check the IAG server certificate (Function call: gsk_secure_soc_init; failed error: 0x192 GSK_ERROR_NO_CIPHERS;

    buy there is ssl connection between them.

    Javier,

    It sounds like there is an incompatibility between the ciphers which are supported by the load balancer and the ciphers which are offered by IAG.  I assume that you are able to connect directly to IAG without a problem?  You need to find out what ciphers are supported by the load balancer and ensure that a corresponding cipher has been enabled in IAG.

    Hi Scott,

    It was a ciphers incompatibility as you said. We had to change values in IAG.
