    Hi everyone,

    I am trying to download the IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio using my student account through the Academic Initiative portal.

    Every time I click the "Download" button inside the Data Science section, the page redirects and immediately crashes my browser with an "Aw, Snap! Error code: 5" message.

    I have already tried:

    • Switching browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave).

    • Clearing cache/cookies.

    • Disabling ad blockers.

    It seems like the entitlement link is broken. Has anyone else experienced this today? Does anyone have a direct link or a Part Number (Part ID) for the macOS version so I can search for it manually in the Software Catalog?

    I could download cplex_studio2211.osx.arm64.zip { partNumbers:G0798ML, image: M08WXML }  from Edge and Firefox on my RHEL.
    May this link help.
    Does it work better today ?

    Hi @Fernando Chagas, by walking in your footsteps, I get to CPLEX Optimization Studio 22.1.1 which is not the latest version.
    IICOS_22.1.2_Mac_OSX_ARM64.zip is { partNumbers:G0D3KML, image: M0XMZML }
