converting from FTP to FTPS is just a change in the port number and setting a flag on the pb.client.ftp:login service to indicate that this is a secure connection.
Please note that FTPS and SFTP are different techologies: FTPS - FTP over SSL SFTP - FTP over SSH

Is FTP over SSL support ed bywebmethod 9.5 version? The below link says that FTPS is directly not supported by webMethods. Just to inform you that we have already set up 990 port on both Source and Target servers, but unable to connect using webMethods.
Integration Server does not support , Implicit FTPS . It supports explicit FTPS.
