  • 1.  I couldn't activate my license for SPSS

    Hello,

    Yesterday, I bought IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and IBM sent me an authorization code but IBM SPSS Statistics 26 License Authorization Wizard doesn't work. Could you please help about that?

    Can you please let us know how did you installed SPSS.

     

    1. Did you installed as a double-click at .exe file?, or
    2. Did you installed as a right-click and then run as Administrator?

    Dear Support Member​

    Lets try to activate license via cmd:

    ​

    1. Open CMD as administrator
    2. Go to the following path (C: \ Archivos de programa \ IBM \ SPSS \ Statistics \ <version>)
    3. Type: licenseactivator ¨authorization -code¨

     

    Then try to run SPSS.
