I am trying to back up vm which is hosted on Hyperv I have installed VE for hyper v but when I am trying to schedule the backup and trying manually also it is failing with below error I can see the licence file under tdphyperv folder.

You have to download licensed software from IBM Software Access Catalog With an account that has valid software License agreement.

Thanks for the response, I have downloaded this from passport advantage site only not from ftp site, that is my point when i go into tdphyperv folder I can see one licence file is there and checked and verify inside that it is written paid licence .

just an addition that ve is showing in program and feature that means product is installed but it is not listed tsm directory in all application, ideally once anything installed it also display on all program also.

any suggestion was it bug or something on 7.1.7 I tried to reinstall the complete package but same error, I have downloaded this passport advantage only so I am authorize to use it.
