    I am working on a case solution in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) 23.0.1 that consists of two processes: Validation and Review.
     
    Here is the requirement:
     
    When a user opens the Review step, they should see a notification indicating that the review process has started.
     
    Upon completion of the review, another notification should indicate that the review is finished.
     
    In IBM Case Manager 5.2, we previously handled this by sending email notifications to users. However, this has led to an overload of emails, making it cumbersome for end users to track activities across multiple systems.
     
    To streamline the process and enhance the user experience, we want to replace email notifications with the Notification widget in BAW. This will allow users to receive real-time notifications directly within the BAW environment.
     
    Could you please guide me on how to configure and implement the Notification widget in BAW to achieve this functionality?
