    Regarding to the ActiveTransfer document, it supports to set HTTP type remote location for virtual folder, but no detail information how to interact with HTTP server.
    I always got a “Connectivity test failed.” error whatever I did.

    Found a resolution from Empower KB# 1771666

    ActiveTransfer does not support third party HTTP/HTTPS servers.
    Only the ActiveTransfer HTTP servers are supported.
