  • 1.  How to request ZDT from Spain?

    Hello

     

    I am interested in getting ZDT "Personal Edition" from IBM Spain site but i can't buy it like US site (or other english sites, for example Netherlands or Portugal) because the "Purchase now" buttom is not shown:

    In US site (or other english sites) :

    Other questions:

    Can it be requested by everyone? or is it only for partners? Is there any other way to request it?
