    Hello, 

    today we got this message in IHQ server log

    2025-07-02 08:41:30 [qtp-1564579997-597072] ERROR c.i.h.s.r.a.GenericExceptionMapper - Except
    ion in REST API
     : File corrupted while reading record: "/exp/ihq/h2db.mv.db". Possible solution: use the rec
    overy tool [90030-224]

    since that time nobody is able to login to IHQ GUI, sensors and agents seem to be working correctly

    Can somone help me where I can get mentioned recovery tool and how to use to get from this problem?

    unfortunately there is not much what can be done to recover the H2 database. 
    There might a recovery tool for H2DB. But I do not know which tool this could be. And if this tool is able to correct the corruption.
    It is unclear what kind of corruption this is

    What version of HQ do you use?

    H2DB for HQ needs a manual backup on OS level (with HQServer being shut down)
    Future versions of HQ allow a backup of the H2 database out of the HQ user interface.

    But for your current situation, when you do not have a backup on OS level, you unfortunately must recreate HQ setup from scratch.

    Version i 3.0.0 we are planning to upgrade to 3.0.3 and currently looking for backups.
