I use SPSS Statistics on windows 10 and used to be able to use everything without problems but now the frequencies and descriptive analysis won't work. The popup doesn't open. Other things still work. I have tried reinstalling it and restarting the computer. I have also checked the firewall, but nothing changes.

If you have multiple monitors or have changed screen resolution, maybe these dialogs are off screen. Try using Windows > Reset Dialog Sizes and Positions to see if they reappear.
