  • 1.  how to import PIP

    Posted Tue July 15, 2014 01:52 AM

    Hi,

    In our lower environment server I would like to ‘PIP Import’ & ‘Sample Import’.

    When I click “Adapters” > “RosettaNet” > “PIP Import” or “Sample Import” I always see this message:

    There are no files to import. In order to import a PIP, an importable archive file must be downloaded from the product website. For information about archive access, please contact webMethods Support at wm-support@webmethods.com

    Please let me know how to do the PIP import;

    Sam.

    What is your IS and RN version and has the import ever been used in your env?

    Also have you reviewed the RN module/PIP user guide?
