For disconnecting: not in PAFE itself. Even with PAXAPI: https://ibm.github.io/paxapi/#logoff
The only way that comes to my mind is to use Admin account and use REST API to kick user from server. For example, you can use tm1py service "disconnect_user"

That means there is no way to disconnect individual instances. And also could tell me how much max instances in a server could you connect at a single time in task plane. When I tried I connected 12 instances max from a server. Is there a way we can increase the no of connections?

Subject: How to disconnect a server from the TASK PLANE in PAFE
I am currently using IBM Planning Analytics for Excel (PAFE) and need some guidance on how to disconnect a server(BI_A00_Dev)from the Task Pane. I've been able to connect to servers successfully, but I'm unsure of the steps required to properly disconnect when I'm finished. Could someone provide a detailed explanation or point me to the relevant documentation? Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
