    Hi,

    How we can find or verify whether the wincollect agent is installed in a Laptop or Desktop?

    If it is reporting to different wincollect agent, how we can trace the issue if it is not reporting to QRadar which is integrated.

    You can check on the Windows Control Panel (add remove programs) where you can see if the WinCollect application is installed or not.

    wincollect troubleshooting can be very time-consuming. There are some dependencies and approaches on how to proceed..
