    You'll need to work with your Apptio CSM or Rep to get access, that how we were able to get it

    I am the company administrator, however don’t know whom to contact to get access to Self - Service Reporting.

    You'll need to reach out to your Apptio Contact as they can help you. Unfortunately not something that we can go ask for in a portal or turn on ourselves

    @Deepak Tiwari, Like @Hee Sung Kang mentioned, you need Apptio's super admin privilege to turn this on.
