It's been a while since i worked with the HIPAA stuff, but I do recall there was one main map that would validate HIPAA calling all the other maps. Anyway, you may be able to tell which map by checking the audit log setting tab of the organizer, and it should have have the audit setting of "segment".

ComplianceChecker.mms, or something like that....the parent map to the HIPAA compliancy check. That should show exactly what the HIPAA code is doing and the maps being run, though the code may be a challenge to read through depending on your WTX knowledge, or not, of course.
