  • 1.  High Direct Memory Usage

    Hi,

    Our Universal Messaging is using about 2,080MB of our Direct Memory. We currently have 2,015MB of free Direct Memory.

    But, since we installed the Universal Messaging Fix #8, the direct memory usage was about 515MB and didn’t change during a week.

    Then, without reason, the usage increased from 515MB to 1,418MB and then increased to 2,080MB.

    I would like to know if there is a way to clear the direct memory usage to free more resources to our UM. I am a little concerned if something happens in the future.
