    We are a mixed VCS / HACMP shop and run a mix of AIX 5.3 and 5.2 systems together with Solaris and Linux. We prefer VCS as the Solaris people seem to find it easier to use (less complicated) than HACMP, and it seems to be quicker to set new systems up with VCS. Just a personal opinion though.
