    Hi Matt,

    Surprised that you are still using 8.1. 8.1 was EOS over a year ago. I thought SSA had migrated to 8.2. Well there is 8.3 now which I highly recommend that you upgrade to. You can't use the later GKB's in 8.1 as the format has changed. 8.2 and above are only available as PTF's now and not via FixCentral. Please consider upgrading ASAP. Also if you have not upgrade make sure you have applied all the latest 8.1 maint and followed the holdactions 100%. Some customers have not followed the holdactions are lost all their data. They had to start from scratch. Also make sure you also apply the latest 8.2/3 maint as well.
