The map display and the usage of map tools can be affected by ArcGIS timeouts. Multiple ArcGIS requests are made by the ArcGIS JavaScript API when using the map and its tools.
When doing the GIS Object configuration, Spatial should query only for a few records instead of multiple. If that is really happening there, you should contact the support team to check this issue.

The timeout issue occurred due to wait state as Maximo has to receive attribute details from GIS end where GIS object had millions of records so that's the reason it went for timeout / session out.

The issue got resolved now. GIS system had more than Lakhs of feature (records) in the Feature class so we have restricted the feature to 50 in feature class then Maximo started displaying the attribute list screen after clicking on "Execute GIS Configuration" button.
Before restriction Maximo was not displaying the screen and after some time its getting into timeout as well. Restriction of records solved the problem and once GIS object got created then we are good to remove the filter condition from GIS end.

Make sure the plussgis logger is configured as DEBUG inside the Logging application and the info is being written to the same file that you are checking. Check also the log messages in the ArcGIS Server logs.

I have verified the log but there is no specific message related to this or any error displaying once I click on "Execute GIS Configuration" button.
As per my understanding, once I click on the button then a request is going to GIS to bring the attribute information which is configured in GIS - I am correct here?

GIS is configured with Token based security so is there any dependency on that configuration. I have provided username and password but still unable to get the attribute list when I click on "Execute GIS Configuration" button.
Is there any dependency with security configurations.?

I am new to Maximo spatial and currently I am trying to configure the Map services in Map Manager application.
In service layer, I am trying to create GIS Object but when I click on "Execute GIS Configuration" button then application gets in to
