    Hi All,

    GIM agent is not reflecting in GIM process monitor also in setup by client but STAP agent is active is active in collector and sending logs.

    what will be cause of this scenario and how to trouble shoot it??

    Hi Prajeth,

    Do you have a Central Manager in the env.?

    In case of managed environment, the best practice is to install GIM to point to CM and push S-TAP from CM afterwards to collect logs to some managed collector.

    Hi Prajeth,
    Greetings for the day. Hope this message finds you well. 
     A. Where are you pointing your GIM agent to? A Central Manager or a dedicated GIM Manager? 
    B. Have you checked the ports from the server? 
    C. What do you see in central_logger.log for GIM?
    D. Do you see a gim process running on the DB server?
