Getting Label name from drop down

    Hi all,

    If we are using an option Group provider, we have a label expression and value expression.But the labels will be displayed in the drop down and the values we can take from binding it to a bean.Now what if we also need the label in a bean…

    Can anyone tell me how to get the label of a currently selected drop down?

    Please see the attached sample which shows both client side and server side approaches to getting the label of a selected option from a drop-down control.
