getting eero while creating web service connector from flow

    Hi All,
    I am getting the error while creating the webserice connector from IS flow service, attached the xsd which am using as a input document for flow service and error given below.

    wm.server.wsdl:createWSD wm.server.wsdl:createWSD
    com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: com.wm.lang.wsdl.WSDException: [ISC.0124.9011] Document to XSD error: Simple type Name {http://ns.ccs.nl/party/v1} does not exist
