Getting Connection Timed out exception when connecting to External server

    Hi All,

    One of our partner is facing a connection timed out exception when trying to connect to our External server.

    This is not seen in every transaction . I tried to figure out but not able to get the solution

    This need to be solved immediately…

    Has any one faced this issue before, if so could you let me know the solution…

    How are they connecting to your gateway/site?

    Also what was your http timeout set to in the Resources–>

    [/TR]
    [TR]
    [TD=“class: oddrow”] Session Timeout
    [/TD]
    [TD=“class: oddrowdata-l”]?
    [/TD]

    How are they connecting to your IS? via Proxy?.

    Any inputs from either network teams?

    HI,

    Our partner is doing an https call to our server, session time out is 10 minutes. This is in DMZ environment.

    We haven’t received any inputs from our network teams.
