The output says that certain instances of Const1 and Const3 are in conflict. The indices for the respective constraints are hard to interpret. You may want to go to the settings file and crank up the long name threshold parameter so that long names in indces are not replaced by numbers. With that you should get more readable references to the constraints in the conflict display.
