    Suggested running fsck

    localhost > fsck /dev/bkuplv
    The current volume is: /dev/bkuplv
    Primary superblock is valid.
    J2_LOGREDO:log redo processing for /dev/bkuplv
logredo start at: 1180190533 sec and end at 1180190533 sec
    Primary superblock is valid.
    • Phase 1 - Initial inode scan
fsck: 0506-042 Execute module "/sbin/helpers/jfs2/fsck" failed.

    Thanks in advance.

    I know TL05 SP6 also fixed it.

If you are at higher level call IBM support.
