I downloaded the image in DOS format, created the four diskettes and came up to the Service Processor Menu. I selected option 1 for Setup, then option 7 for Reprogram Flash EPROM.

I followed all the steps, and when I went to insert the Volume 1 diskette, I discovered that it has no diskette drive!

I cannot boot the AIX O/S to install the image by FTP, so how can I get the machine to upgrade the new firmware image? It has a CDROM drive, but I didn't see any instructions on recording the image to a CDR (which I can do on my PC if necessary).

I believ that the firmware upgrade instructions should have new options for a CDROM or for a remote load.

Can you help me? The server is down for now.

    Thanks!
