    Hi All,

    I have struck while committing a solution from Case Builder. The Deployment has been taking days.

    From the Details Deployment.log file, I can see the below error.

    ERROR The value given for a property or list element lies outside the permitted range or value set, or exceeds the maximum length allowed. The length of the value (95,362) specified for property CmAcmConfiguration exceeds the maximum permitted length (94,371).

    I could not trace the above property. Any leads on this issue will be very much helpful....

    I am using  :

     IBM Case Manager Builder Version: 5.2.1.7
     IBM Content Navigator Version: 3.0.5

    Target Object Store -->  Data Design --> Classes --> Folder --> Deployed Solution

    What is the significance of this property. is it the size of the deployed solution ?

    Hi Ramagopal, hi Nagajyothi,

    CmAcmConfiguration is a property which is defined on the case Target OS and is used to store configuration data. There are several classes which leverage this property, for example "Deployed Solution" and "Deployed Case Type" (folder classes,  under which all instances of this case type are being created) but also "Case Calendar" and "Case Calendar Subscription".
    It is a string property which does not not have a size restriction at the level of the CPE property template definition, as far as I know. The interesting question is, why Case Mgr tries to store that amount of data into this property. I'd recommend that you open an incident with the IBM support team so that they can help to analyze the root cause. I briefly checked known issues and did not find any similar problem.
    Also, a solution deplyoment should not take days, as mentioned in the original post. Maybe there are other issues which ultimately lead to the error described here.
    Maybe you can re-deploy the solution and provide the deployment (error) log which might help to get a better understanding.

    In general, IBM support would be the way to go forward, but it seems that you are working on a pretty outdated release (ICM 5.2.1.7) which already is out of regular support:
