In preparation for an installation and configuration of a new FS5300 system, I am stuck on something,

To leverage ransomware threat detection in FlashCore Module 4, you typically need to enable Call Home with Cloud Services. Do I require the service IP addresses for this? If so,how should they be used?

I am also looking for a newer version of IBM Spectrum Virtualize® Products
Call Home and Remote Support Overview which is based on at least version 8.6

Hi, 

you only need management ip address access to esupport.ibm.com and of course name resolution also required and you must configure dns. For realtime ransomware detection you need to upgrade 5300 to 8.7 and as you already know Storage Insights Pro required.

The Service IP addresses are mentioned in the documentation. 
Are these Service IP addresses only used for Log upload at Call Home with Cloud Services?
