Failure while CentraSite Community Edition Installation

    Hi,

    I am trying to install CentraSite Community Edition, it fails showing error:

    “CentraSite database repository cannot be started up” and rolls back the entire installation.

    I already have Oracle database installed, does that raises this issue?

    What I understand from this forum(with existing posts) is, CentraSite is having its own database.

    I even tried googling this error, but in vain.

    Could you please give me pointers as to how I can fix this issue?

    Hi Poornima,
    sorry to hear that you have problems with the installation. Which version are you installing and could you please provide the log files from under C:\SoftwareAG\CentraSite\log, if it is a default installation?
