I tried to reject the one on 6.1.8.1,but failed with committed dependency .

I am not sure if i can deinstall the whole fileset bos.net.tcp.client, probably it is critical for base OS.

Any buddy experienced this kind of problem?

you could try to enable debug and run install with force option to see what and why prep/post scripts fails during installation

    # export INST_DEBUG=yes

    # installp -aF -d /udatedir bos.net.tcp.client
