I cannot speak for IBM, but AFAIR in previous EOS situations, if your current support agreement extents beyond April 30, 2026 (or you renew before then) for v12.10, you will remain on full support until that agreement expires after which you would have to pay for Extended Support which is intended to give you up to a year to migrate off of v12.10 and onto a supported release.
