TL;DR:
Ensure that you Scaling and Text Size settings are set to 100% otherwise toolbar icons may not behave as expected and wrap to the next row causing your canvas to bounce up and down as you move between widgets.

The below clip shows the "bouncing" behaviour experienced.

When using an Exploration with other widgets on a canvas I experienced the Exploration toolbar moving from the top row next to the book related icons to a row below these. This in turn pushed my canvas down.
Clicking off the Exploration, hides the toolbar and the canvas shifts up again causing a jumping movement.

It is likely that the addition of the new View Synchronisation Groups icon added in PAW 2.0.90 caused the toolbar to be that little bit too long.
This was only happening with multiple widgets on the canvas due to the two extra icons being added for Send to Back and Send to Front.
Looks like I had just breached some limit and wrapping was needed even though there was a wide gap between the last icon and Fields/Properties on the right.

It also took multiple clicks on tabs and other widgets to have the expected events as the first click seemed to lose focus then the next click performed the expected event i.e. click on the next tab to release focus on the Exploration then click the next tab again to actually go to the next tab.

This has been driving me mad as it is very disruptive when trying to build a new book.
After some investigation and confirming that my Scaling was at 100% on my 1920x1080 resolution I resorted to setting my browser to 90%.
This alleviated the problem but have had other issues in the past when the browser was not at 100% e.g. sets autoscrolling and not being aligned when you select.

After some assistance and some more fiddling I happened on the Text Size settings.
I do not remember every changing these but mine were at 111% for whatever reason.
After changing to 100%, toolbar no longer bounces between first and second rows of icons.
