    Hi All, Any experience so far with the Qradar Appliance firmware update? If any issue For Appliance M5 and M6

    Firmware Version:
    - M5 v8.0.0
    - M6 v5.0.0

    Qradar component details:
    - Qradar Console (Appliance M6)
    - Qradar Event Collector (Appliance M6)
    - Qradar Network Insights (Appliance M5)
    - Qradar Event Processor (Appliance M5)
    - Qradar Flow processor (Appliance M5)
    - Qradar Incident Forensics (Appliance M6)

    Hi Sunil,

    Recently we are upgraded firmware M5 to M6 don't have any issues from my deployment [29 Box's].

    During the upgradation activity IBM should be standby we followed the same approach.

    Hi Sunil,

    we upgraded a 3129 All-In-One M5 recently. We were still running the firmware the box came with. IMM2 was version 2.7 and all later updates require 2.75. So I ran the 2.0, I think, only on IMM. Now that I had 2.75 I updated to 8.0 without any issues. Because this was my first update of this kind I was afraid shortly when the remote screen went blank and unresponsive a few times. But the update went just fine. 
    Not sure, but 8.0 took between 1 and 2 hours to finish.
