Hi,

I get NS Runtime Exception while tracing. I get this only for few Integration servers. Using same developer I am able to trace services in other IS. Hence I feel no problem with developer image, though suggested by webMethods in some SRs on advantage. This problem occurs for all the services even with simple map step. I have tried restarting IS to. Packages are not partially loaded.

You might experience this issue for transformers used for variables in a list. Use proper indexes while mapping these variables to the transformer and should resolve this issue.

Hi,

To get the exact error why your service is failing rather than tracing it run the service. It will give you the error why service is failing.

When an exception occurs while tracing then only “NS Runtime Exception” occurs. to get the exact error run the service.

Its working fine when we run the service.

But the problem is only when we trace it.

No transformers involved.
Not ART package is involved.
All Packages are loaded completely.

Let me raise an SR and see if they can provide any other breakthrough.
