ES: XML Adapter problem parsing

    I’m trying to configure a parsing operation and get this error message:

    The adapter process was unable to supply a set of valid values for the following reason: Unable to parse the document:

    Details: Parsing error at line 2 uri file :///myPath/mydtd.dtd mesg The external entity declaration must begin with either “SYSTEM” or “PUBLIC”.

    I saw a similar post last year but there was no follow-up. I have the latest patch EXML_4-2SP4_WIN.zip installed. This happens to any of the DTD’s or XSD’s I try. There is nothing wrong with these files, they’ve been used at a different site with an XML Adapter.

    Any ideas?

    We found out that the XML Adapter was not the latest as we first thought. It was actually version 4.0 . We’ve upgraded to 4.2 and do not receive the error message anymore.
