Hi Adilyos

  Check before start the server if you have something listening in the port 9447, maybe another server? the port is in use.

  you can check with:
 
    *nix -> netstat -na| grep 9447
      or
    windows -> netstat -na|findstr 9447
    
  Check the serverindex.xml too.
 
   PROFILE_NAME\config\cells\CELLNAME\nodes\NODENAME\serverindex.xml
