Error while sending 3A4- Help please

  • 1.  Error while sending 3A4- Help please

    Hi,
I am trying to send 3A4V02.02. Trading netwoks is able to recognise Intenal Po Request doc type but it doesn’t recognise PIP3A4V02.02. It shows dotype as unknown. I have PIP3A4V02.02 installed and TPA set for the same. I am kind of stuck. How should I go about.

Send errors out with the following message,
    wm.ip.cm.handlers:send
    [6344] wm.ip.cm.handlers:startNOF
    [6343] wm.ip.rnif11.trp:startNOFv1

Check the Identification Query for your PIP3A4V02.02 Purchase Order Request Action Document - Are you using an identification query or a Root Tag to identify your document in the TN?

I am using Root Tag and I resolved the issue.
There was some connection problem while sending data to partner and so flow was redirected to StartNOF1 node and I did not have PIP0A1 model. Later I installed and when there was problem in the send, it was able to find failure TPA. Error got resolved.
    Thanks Rohit for your reply.
