Hello,
On my previous PC I installed RBD 9.5.1 without problems. Also my colleagues have a working copy of RBD 9.5.1. However when I now try to install RBD 9.5.1 the installation process always ends up throwing an error.
The error is:
Error during "post-install configure" phase:CRIMA1076E: Error executing the C:\Programs\IBM\RBD95\SDP\runtimes\nodejs\npm.cmd command: status=1. For more information, see the agent log file: C:\ProgramData\IBM\Installation Manager\logs\native\20190213_2246.log
In the log is the text:
ERROR: npm is known not to run on Node.js v0.10.45
Extra information:
- OS: Windows 10
- I removed all other RBD installations
- This error is thrown when I first install RBD 9.5 (this goes well) and then update to RBD 9.5.1
- This error is thrown when I directly install RBD 9.5.1 without first installing RBD 9.5
- This error is thrown when the RBD 9.5.1 upgrade is downloaded from Passport Advantage
- This error is thrown when the RBD 9.5.1 upgrade is downloaded using IBM Installation Manager
- This error is thrown when the installation is started from launchpad.exe
- This error is thrown when the installation is started from launchpad64.exe
- This error is thrown when the installation is started from IBM Installation Manager 32bit
- This error is thrown when the installation is started from IBM Installation Manager 64bit
- This error is thrown when installing RBD 9.5.1 32bit
- This error is thrown when installing RBD 9.5.1 64bit
- I tried to install to the C:/Program FIles/ directory as wel as to C:/Programs/
On this PC I played around quite a bit with a couple of versions of Node.js (like version 8 or 10, but never 0.10.45) before all the failing RBD 9.5.1 installation attempts. But I removed everything even remotely related to Node.js. In a command prompt the command node -v does not return any installation of Node.js and also npm can not be found on my system anymore.
Before I reimage my PC, does anyone have an other idea how I can install RBD 9.5.1 without errors?
Thanks,
Ortwin
