Error when creating TN Enterprise Profile

    Hi all,
    iam having problem with creation of enterprise profile.
    i have created database for TN in jdbc pools, then iam opening the TN console for creating the TN Enterprise profile , when iam creating its throwing an error, the error message is

    ErrorMessage:

    com.wm.ui2.UiException: Return value for ProfileStore.getProfileStore().getMyId() is null

    can anybody help me in the above problem
