When installing the zip file casrv-11.1.7-2205311318-winx64h for Cognos 11.1.7 FP 5, I get the following error.

The following is the error message visible at the end of the log file.

I have tried to redownload the zip file and tried changing the security settings for the install folder. Neither option seemed to fix the issue. Is this due to a corrupt zip file, or another issue?
When I tried to unzip the file to test it, I was given an error message. I am able to unzip the older casrv file on the server. I used the zipped version for the install.
