We have Audit information stored in DB. Now for cleanup when we are trying to use " pub.monitor.archive:serverArchive " Service we are getting output message as " User does not have permission to archive". It does not archive anything; we are passing correct input parameters. Any ideas on what can be done to resolve this issue. Thanks, Atul.
Make sure the user has permissions to Archive in MyWebmethods. Check the IS logs too, and make sure the user has MonitorAdministrators ACL.
