Hi, we’ve recently changed our SNMP alerting settings and as a result I’m trying to manually trigger alerts by going to rules → generate rule violation.

This worked perfectly in our pre-prod environment and they were able to receive the alerts.

When I check the job queue/audit, the last successful job was in 2011 (We don’t use that part much) - and the one I ran this morning is showing as failed, with an error:

Error:Can’t find resource for bundle com.webMethods.optimize.logging.resources.AnalysisLoggingResourceBundle, key ruleBackPopLockTimeout

Any ideas what this could be? Is it something I can copy from another environment?
