Error: Could not save session to Session Cache

    Hi All,

    we’re seeing the following error on our logs once in a while. The error is displayed as below.

    2013-09-12 06:22:13 CST [ISS.0033.0154E] Could not save session ‘abcdefgh’ to the session cache. Failed to insert cache entry at key ‘98390489238493284’; reason: ‘Service has been terminated’.

    Can someone please help me understand why exactly is this error occurring. Can someone please point out exactly if there is any fix for this kind of error.

    IS your system in Cluster? If yes then it would be wise to raise the issue with SAG Support.
