  • 1.  Error 578 in two nodes of Storwize v3700 nad has one node Error 734

    Hello,

        This is error about V3700, Now not use access(lock access data). I can acces service only, I see error on node show this picture. Pleas help step for recover or identifind for this iissue, Thank you very much.

    Hi Apidesh, 

    whatever lead to this condition of your system, it is definitely in need of a so called T3 Recovery.

    Details on this you can find here in IBM Docs: Recover system procedure .

    Hi everyone, we have similar isse with a V3700 *2072 - fw old version 7.1.0.2, there is a error 587 on both Nodes.

    Should we run T3 Recover?

    Hi Cezar, 

    in this situation, both nodes in "SERVICE/578" there is in fact no escape from conducting a T3 Recovery.

    To make sure, you have got a good config backup, go to "Collect Logs" and save a support package, do this for both nodes.

    The option "with latest statesave" is not needed.

    You may want to adhere to the guidance provided in IBM Docs "Recover system procedure".
