error : "1800-051 There are no items of this type" when choosing "tty rs23"

    the message following messag error is shown :

    1800-051 There are no items of this type

    Only vcon type is accepted.

    This sounds like you are on a system controlled by an HMC in which case you only have vterms unless you add an 8-port card or something like that.
