Edit a schema in Schema Editor.

  • 1.  Edit a schema in Schema Editor.

    I use 4.1 version.(I had the problem also in 3.1 version)
    The schema editor doe’s not allowed me to edit a schema.I have to unload it first and then reload the new version.

    Arnon,

    my interpretation of what you said:
    You change a schema that already exists in Tamino with the Schema Editor. Now you cannot updefine this schema to Tamino, Tamino is complaining.

    Tamino is very restrictive with updefines. A new version of the schema editor, available in the Tamino Developers Community in June supports the Tamino 4.1 functionality “define with instance check”. That means all existing instances are valid against the new schema, you can define it.
