EDIINT - Payload is not processed - WM 9.8

    Hi webMethods community,

    Some weeks ago, we started having issues processing EDI transactions. The partner is sending us via AS2 their transactions and EDIINT hits My webMethods and MDN is sent back to them without issues. The issue is when EDIINT service starts processing the transaction. The process finishes without posting any payload to My webMethods, any X12 EDI 824, 997, etc is posted and the process does not start.

    I see in the activity log “Invoke User Process Payload Service” and that wasn’t there before. Please see attachments, I put two screenshots with before and after.

    From our side at code level we didn’t change anything, but we installed the new partner AS2 certificate. Partner said that everything is ok on their side.

    Any ideas?
