EDI Module \"copy template\" service hanging

    Hello -

    I am following the documentation to install the X12 4010 templates. When I run the “copytemplate” service, it hangs, and runs forever. It looks like its hanging on the “gettemplate” service which is called by the “copytemplate”.

    Why is this happening? Is this a memory issue? What things can I try?
